Want more than a firing line? Our TGS Defense Room is a CQB (close quarters battle) experience in Las Vegas: the CQB: Fire & Movement Experience, a 90-minute, instructor-led course with classroom instruction and a live-fire session in our CQB Room, where you practice controlled movement, situational awareness and firearm control while engaging downrange targets (ages 18+).

How much does a shooting range experience cost in Las Vegas?
Range experiences start at $39.99 for one gun of your choice. Two guns are $64.99, three are $99.99, and The Gun Store Experience (ten guns, VIP range and lounge) is $249.99. Ammunition is sold separately.
Do I need shooting experience?
No. Certified Range Safety Officers guide you step by step, and we offer a private First-Time Shooter 1-on-1 session for absolute beginners.

CQB: FIRE & MOVEMENT EXPERIENCE
Take your training beyond the traditional shooting lane. Step inside our specialized CQB (Close Quarters Battle) Room for an immersive, instructor-led course that combines controlled movement with live-fire shooting.
Unlike stationary shooting, you'll work on movement, situational awareness, firearm control and decision-making while engaging designated downrange targets. Under professional instructor supervision, you may fire up to 50 rounds during controlled live-fire exercises.

What to expect
60 minutes — Classroom instruction. Instructor-led briefing on firearm safety, situational awareness, movement safety, firearm handling, communication and CQB Room procedures.
30 minutes — CQB Room practical. Supervised live-fire exercises featuring:
- Controlled movement within the CQB Room
- Live-fire engagement of designated downrange targets
- Up to 50 rounds of live-fire shooting
- Situational awareness and spatial orientation
- Firearm control and responsible decision-making
- Real-time instructor guidance and safety supervision
Registration requirements & safety notice
- Participants must be at least 18 years old
- Valid government-issued photo ID required
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class
- Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes required
- Ammunition, targets, eye/ear protection and firearm rental are all included in the registration price
- All participants must follow instructor commands and TGS safety procedures
- A $40 rescheduling fee applies to reservation changes
Important safety notice: This experience includes live-fire movement exercises and is subject to instructor approval, firearm proficiency evaluation, approved range procedures and applicable safety restrictions. Participation in specific exercises is determined by the instructor. Live-fire activities must take place only in a facility specifically approved and equipped for this type of training.
